SRCC Supports Butte Strong Bicycle Aid 

SRCC members have been asking how we as a cycling community can help support victims of the Camp Fire. Many of our members unfortunately know too well the tragedy of a devastating fire. And the Northern California community was incredibly supportive of our club's recovery effort. So we too want to do the same for the Camp Fire victims. 

We have been in communication with the Chico Velo Cycling Club and have decided to support their effort to help as many kids affected by the Camp Fire as possible get back on bicycles. The SRCC Board of Directors will match member donations up to $2500.  So with your help, we could send $5000 or more to Butte County. The money will be used to buy helmets, locks and lights and support their efforts to get kids back on bikes.
