The Santa Rosa Creek trail between Willowside Rd and Pierson St will be closed for mowing during working hours next week. The trail will be closed starting Monday 4/13/26 through Thursday 4/16/26. On these days, the trail will be closed from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. The trail on the south side of the creek (gravel surfaced side) will remain open.
It’s official. Wohler Bridge will close next Monday, 4/6. From Ghilotti:

You may have noticed the construction going on at Howarth Park at the courts. This has impacted parking in the lower lot. The work is supposed to continue through June 2026. In the meantime, rides should instead start in the upper parking lot. I have changed the Friendly Friday ride for March 20 to this start:

Latest update from the County is that Wohler Bridge will close April 6th. So plan to avoid routes going over Wohler starting then. Completion data unknown.
Wohler Bridge is currently open but scheduled to close on or around April 1 for construction expected to last through the summer and possibly into the fall. Plan accordingly.
