Come join the fun...it's one of our favorite SRCC days for a reason.

Ride | Eat | Drink Beer | Socialize - the perfect ingredients!

The stately oak tree grove is still there and makes for an ideal private picnic setting. 

(please be respectful and do not stray into the surrounding construction area - we do not occupy the warehouse building yet.)

RIDE START
Park at Schaefer School, 1370 San Miguel Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Please carpool to the start if you can. All rides start at Schaefer School. There will be portable toilets at the start for your use.

BBQ PICNIC LOCATION & TIME  (ride your bike there)
11:30 am to 2:30 pm (please arrive by 1 pm for the picnic)
SRCC Warehouse - 4023B Coffey Lane, Santa Rosa, CA 95403

After the ride, PLEASE pedal to the picnic at the warehouse. Vehicle parking is very limited at the warehouse site, so PLEASE travel there on your bike. If you need to drive there please let us (desimon@sbcglobal.net) know ahead of time.  

Directions to the Warehouse
4023B Coffey Lane, Santa Rosa, CA 95403
1/2 mile north of Hopper 
Look for 3 white mail boxes on left side of roadway
Turn left onto private drive next to mail boxes
DRIVE SLOWLY PLEASE  Kids, Pets, Neighbors
Go to end of the drive... It is near the shop building, you will see us.
Please do not go to the resident's house next door. 

Matt Parks & Nathan Moore are the master BBQers!

The Menu includes:

  • BBQ Tri-tip
  • BBQ dry rub marinated chicken
  • Grilled Veggies
  • Chinese Tofu Salad
  • many other Salads
  • Beverages (Cold Beer!)
  • Desserts

RSVP 
Click the register button on the left and make sure you CLICK THE CONFIRM BUTTON when you register. You should receive a confirmation email after registering; if you do NOT receive an email, please go back and try again. You need to go all the way through the registration process and click the the confirm button, otherwise the RSVP does not go through, and we will not know to get enough food :-)

SRCC MEMBERS ONLY
Please do not register a non-member as a guest. If you have a non-member cycling friend or spouse who wants to attend the ride & picnic, have them sign up to join the club before they RSVP for the picnic. This Summer BBQ & Ride is a great way to get to know the club, and they can enjoy the benefits all year long.
