Mountain bike ride in Willow Creek State Park. We will start in Monte Rio Community Center parking lot, and warm up by riding Moscow Road to Freezout Road entrance to the park and climb the gravel fire road to the ridge top. We’ll take a dirt single track down Upper Old Barn and the bypass to Willow Creek Road. Then another climb, up Lower Old Barn back to the ridge, and head to Fern Tree for snack (bring your own) and views and socializing. Beautiful location. Another sweet single track through the woods back to Freezout Road, then back down to Moscow Road. Mountain bike gearing and knobby tires are needed; not suitable for road bike.
