Bike: We will be heading west for a 35-mile ride that includes some of our favorite roads. We plan to have regroups but no coffee stops. You can get your caffeine fix at the ride start at Cuppa next to Pacific Market or at Village Bakery. Yoga: Want to improve flexibility? We plan to return to the ride start by 11AM and transition to getting in touch with our inner yogi. Anna from Three Dog Yoga has generously offered to lead us in a one-hour yoga class that starts at 11:30AM at her studio. We recommend a donation of $5-10. Anna has extra yoga mats if you do not have one of you own. We guarantee that you will have an wonderful experience under Anna’s guidance.
