Don't let the 8:00 AM start fool you; this is the first day when we revert to Standard Time so it won't feel so early.
We'll tackle the hardest climb of the day first: Sweetwater. After heading into Occidental (possible water stop at mile 29 and 35) twice, we will take Occidental Road and Jonive, detouring slightly onto Bodega Hwy to sticky bun mecca (Wildflour Bakery) for a lunch stop at mile 40. We will noodle through the hills of West County and head through Graton (mile 55) on our return to Healdsburg.
