About 2,500 ft. elevation to finish off April. Don't be put off by Geysers Rd's reputation of being difficult; this is the 'easy' section, with the most spectacular scenery of almost anywhere in Sonoma County. Extremely isolated with no cellular reception, lots of unrepaired winter road damage, ever-increasing gravel sections, landslides, big buckles in pavement, and sections where road is sliding into creek... resulting in almost no vehicle traffic. In short, all the ingredients for a fantastic adventure ride!
