Ten Minute Safety Rule in Effect for Ride: No Rider is more than 10 minutes off the front or off the back. If so, be prepared to ride back to the last Rider for Assistance. Riders will start together and finish together.

Bikes and Riders in Excellent Working Condition.
Bring enough Food to reach Stewarts Point at Mile 36.
Bring your Recovery Beverages for Post Ride Relaxation.
