Join us for a ride with a yoga class afterwards, provided by Revolution Yoga, geared for cyclists. This is an SRCC members only event. Beginners are more than welcome! You must register here for this ride on this page and if you plan to attend yoga, you also must register for the class (only $10) HERE. The class is just $10 and limited to 12 people. NOTE: in order to take the yoga class, you must provide proof of vaccination for Covid.
You can register to ride only (no class). This is a members only event.
After the ride, come reset and restore with a gentle yoga practice. We will work on getting into the hips, hamstrings, quads, glutes and low back, as well as strengthening the core, all the good stuff that cyclists need to take care of their bodies. The class is 45 minutes, and will leave you feeling great after your ride.
Routes designed to get everyone back about for a class starting around 1PM. Bring plenty of water. SRCC will provide snacks. You also need to bring your own mat.
Pre-registration for this ride is required (not including the leader/leaders). Registration will close at midnight the night before the ride is scheduled. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration as far in advance as possible (login to the SRCC website, go to the event page, click “already registered,” and then click the button to cancel).
The Ride Leader will post the ride information and any changes to the location of start time, on the Club Ride Info Forum (see below) usually several days in advance of the ride. If the ride is cancelled, that will also be posted on the forum. The route, including a RwGPS link, will be posted either on this page or on the forum.
PLEASE arrive at LEAST 10 minutes before the ride start time and be ready to ride at the start time.
