Yoga class starts ~1:30pm (45 min class)
Yoga is optional and you do not need to register if you are only riding (no yoga). Otherwise see below.

Join us for a ride with a yoga class afterwards, provided by Revolution Yoga, geared for cyclists. Beginners are more than welcome! You must register here on this page and if you plan to attend yoga, you also must register for the class (only $10) HERE. The class is just $10 and limited to 12  people. NOTE: in order to take the yoga class, you must provide proof of vaccination for Covid.

After the ride, come reset and restore with a gentle yoga practice. We will work on getting into the hips, hamstrings, quads, glutes and low back, as well as strengthening the core, all the good stuff that cyclists need to take care of their bodies.  The class is 45 minutes, and will leave you feeling great after your ride.

Routes designed to get everyone back for a class starting around 1:30PM. Bring plenty of water. You also need to bring your own mat.
