Price $500 per person
The initial deposit is $50 (payable by credit card or PayPal online at time of registration). The second and final installment (by check) of $450 will be due by April 1, 2023.
If the tour sells out and you are interested in going, sign up on the waitlist. There is a good chance to get on the tour as inevitable cancellations occur.
Refunds of tour payments will depend upon whether a replacement rider signs up, and on costs that can be recouped. The amount refunded will be based on the principle that neither the tour’s remaining participants nor the Club will incur any additional cost as a result of cancellations. If the cancelling participant is replaced, a refund will be made at that time, less a $25 fee. If the cancelling participant can't be replaced, any refund will be determined after the tour and final expenses are tabulated.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify trips for any reason if circumstances make it necessary. In the event that SRCC needs to cancel, we will do our best to provide a 30 day notice and a full refund for monies received. Refunds will be for the tour fee only, less any costs expended and not refunded to SRCC due to the cancellation, and do not include transportation, hotel or other expenses incurred on the part of tour participants. Tours are generally held rain or shine. Thanks for your support and understanding.
