socializing, gourmet dining, music, dancing and fun!

Program for the Evening
- 6:00 - 7:30 pm: Social time with appetizers and no-host bar
- 7:30 - 8:30 pm: Buffet dinner - wine provided at dinner
- 8:00 - 10:00 pm: Dessert, coffee, music, dancing and more socializing

Menu
- Assorted appetizers and two types of salad
- Entrees: Sliced Tri-tip, Chicken Marsala, Polenta with Vegetable Ragout (vegan)
- Rice Pilaf, Roasted Vegetables, Dinner Rolls and Butter
- Dessert
Bar is no-host during cocktail hour. Wine and non-alcoholic drinks (coffee/decaf, hot/iced tea, water and lemonade) will be provided during dinner (included in the price). Note that if you want to bring your own wine you MUST pay a corkage fee ($10/bottle).
Attire: Festive (link) - Put away your lycra for the day; see if your friends recognize you with real clothes!
Registration is required to attend. If you have a family membership, please note that each family member must register individually in order to avoid paying a guest fee. During the registration process you will also have the option to volunteer to help out at the party. We just need a few people to help at the registration desk and with cleanup.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration as far in advance as possible (login to the SRCC website, go to the event page, click “already registered,” and then click the button to cancel).
You must cancel by November 25th to receive a refund. After that, the club will have committed to purchase your meal and you cannot get a refund.

(tax deductible receipt will be available)
This unique program affords an opportunity to reach out and provide those less fortunate children in the Santa Rosa area with at least one new toy at the Holiday Season. The program distributes toys to elementary school age children throughout the greater Santa Rosa Area. Help make the 2022 program a huge success for our community!
