Redwood Credit Union (RCU, where the club does its banking) is holding its annual Day of Impact. This year, 886+ RCU employees are going to assemble 418 bicycles, which will be given to kids and teens throughout RCU's extensive NorCal field of membership. The service site is in Santa Rosa. RCU is looking for additional help in two areas:

  1. Bicycle Quality Check. RCU is looking for ten (10) experienced bike mechanics/builders/hobbyists to inspect the assembled bikes and ensure they are functional and safe to ride. Hours are 9:00AM-1:30PM.
  2. Bike Transportation. Once the bikes are built, they're looking for six (6) more people with suitable high-capacity vehicles to help get the bikes to the selected nonprofits within Sonoma County for distribution to the recipients. Hours are approximately 1:30-5:30PM.
