CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and
AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

Someone you love might have a sudden cardiac arrest, and you can save a life using CPR and an AED (automatic external defibrillator). Become comfortable and competent in these essential skills with this hands-on course, where you will practice with manikins and videos, using the American Heart Association and American Red Cross “Friends and Family” training protocols. This 2-hour course is taught by Dr Loie Sauer at a residence.
Maximum class size is 8.
Wear comfortable clothes; bring a snack if you like. This course may in the future be expanded to first aid and management of a cycling crash.
